The redevelopment of the project will take place adjacent to OfficeMax

space. The existing space in this area of the center has been demolished and approximately 180000 ft2 of new retail space will be constructed in its place. Renovation of the remaining Center will also take place at the time of the redevelopment. The targeted tenant mix for the redevelopment will consist of national retailers in the electronics, home, and apparel categories and may possibly include a department store with a national presence.
