Wilcil McDowell is a member of the Irish-Canadian music group The Irish Rovers

. He plays an accordion or keyboard, and is the only member of the group who does not sing.

Wilcil joined the group in 1966, three years after its formation, when Joe Millar temporarily left. He has been a member ever since.
