West Chicago station is located at ground level and consists of two platforms. There are two tracks between the platforms, and one track south of the central platform, which is accessed via an underground tunnel between the parking lot and the tracks. All three tracks access the station. There is an unstaffed station house next to the north track, which is open 5 AM-Noon. West Chicago has no bus connections.
