It administers the church's activities in the following countries: Mauritania, Mali, Niger, Senegal, Gambia, Guinea, Bissau, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Burkina Faso, Berth, Nigeria, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Togo and Benin.

This division was established in 2003. According to the 2011 Seventh-day Adventist Yearbook, the division includes 3,278 church with a membership of 863,306.
