s. He lives in Seattle, Washington and is nicknamed "The Film Guy" among some Seattle media and film enthusiasts. Etheredge has written five books and is the writer or director of over 40 plays staged in New York City.

Etheredge is the founder of The Warren Report, a Seattle-based film and arts screening organization. The Warren Report's guiding statement is: "Question what you see, consider what you do not, draw your own conclusions." Etheredge conducts on camera or during live interview settings.
