The sports teams have won state championship titles in field hockey, lacrosse, golf, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and swimming.

Walsingham hosts several service organizations, in which students volunteer in the city and county. The largest of these is the Nature Club. Walsingham is also known for its after-school programs, which include the World Cultures club.
