The Steve Shannon wakes up Rockford every morning from 5:30-10:00 am. Rick Dees gets you through your work day from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, including the Retro Lunch at noon. Sweet Lenny handles the afternoon shift from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm with Traffic Light Trivia at 5:05 pm. Syndicated Billy Bush airs weeknights 7 pm-11 pm with the hottest music and hottest celebrity interviews. Since Rockford does not have a Hot AC station in its immediate viewing area, WZOK omits most rap and hard rock during the work day to try to compete with AC WGFB and the closest Hot AC WDKB FM for at work audience.
