 outlet as WLNF - "Live 95.3" until a 1999 switch to Top 40 hits trying to replace the old Power 108 as "Power 95", but the ratings were low so they changed the format and call letters to classic rock as WZNF - "Z95.3" in 2002.

Previously WZNF were the call letters of a rock/classic rock station in Champaign-Urbana, IL (licensed in Rantoul, IL.) Its frequency was 95.3 FM as was owned by Rollings Communications. At its height in the early 1990s, WZNF's signal was simulcasted into three additional markets. Those were WWDZ-FM (94.9 FM, Danville, IL), WZZP-FM (95.1, Kankakee, IL), and WZNX-FM (107.9, Charleston-Mattoon, IL).
