The station then broadcast significant blocks of brokered business programming from the Financial Broadcasting Network before being sold to Sonny Bloch's Bloch Broadcasting and call letters changed to WBDN.  Mega Broadcasting purchased the station for $1.75 million (later renamed Mega Communications) turning the station into a Spanish Tropical format called Mega 760. Since then the station has adopted different formats including Regional Mexican and Spanish Oldies. Mega Communications donated WLCC to the Washington DC based Minority Media & Telecom Council in December 2008.

The station broadcasts at 10,000 watts during the day and 1,000 watts at night, nulled towards the southeast by day to protect West Palm Beach
