Programming

WGEM-AM's schedule includes several sports-oriented local programs, such as WGEM SportsCenter. Hosted by Josh Houchins, WGEM SportsCenter is the only locally-produced morning sports talk show in the Quincy, Ill. area. The station also carries some syndicated talk shows, including Mike & Mike, Colin Cowherd, The Scott Van Pelt Show. WGEM-AM also carries Chicago Cubs baseball.

WGEM SportsCenter received second place in "Best Local Show" category of the 2010 Illinois Broadcasters Association Silver Dome Awards.
