On the back of the DVD case guitarist Bronson's last name is spelled wrong it should read: Marko Vukcevich, but instead it reads: Marko Vuckevich.

Waylon Reavis is credited as a camera operator in the credits, but he is not featured on the DVD. Though he was, at the time of the release, a band member.
