. It was created on 19 February 1946 for Julius Elias, 1st Baron Southwood. He had already been created Baron Southwood, of Fernhurst in the County of Sussex, on 11 June 1937, also in the Peerage of the United Kingdom. The titles became extinct on his death in 1946.
