The districts contains 7 phường: Vàng Danh, Bắc Sơn, Thanh Sơn, Quang Trung, Trưng Vương, Nam Khê, Yên Thanh and 4 communes: Thượng Yên Công, Phương Đông, Phương Nam, and Điền Công.
