The school has expanded its class size in recent years, with 135 students in the class of 2013 and 150 students in the class of 2014. The school also offers combination degrees including MPH, JD, MS, and PHD along with D.O. degree.

UMDNJ-SOM has one of the largest graduate medical education programs.
