The series is a spin-off of the other TLC shows involving the Gosselin family, Jon and Kate Plus 8 and Kate Plus 8. The new series differs in that it focuses solely on Kate Gosselin
and women who have been inspired by her story. TLC has indicated that Kate will be reading fan letters from these women during the show in an attempt to highlight women who are facing their own personal challenges in life.
