Its shell is a broadly expanding exogastric cyrtocone with a flattened dorsum -on the inner concave side, unconstricted aperture, no hyponimic sinus, and ventral siphuncle -on the outer, convex side- composed of concave segments with actinosiphonate structures occupying the interior.
