. It is a development of Turnberry Ltd. It consists of an East Tower and the topped out West Tower. They are both 453 ft (138.1 m) tall and have 45 floors. The complex was originally conceived as the Madison Towers, and were going to be have four short towers. They both have 318 units. Robert M. Swedroe designed the buildings, which are tied as the 20th tallest in Las Vegas.
