 estate which had totally 23 blocks (21 Mark II and 2 Mark IV) built in the 1960s. All 21 Mark II blocks were demolished to redevelop the 20 new blocks in the 1980s and the 1990s. In 2002, some of the flats in the estate (except Block 22) were sold to tenants through Tenants Purchase Scheme Phase 5. Block 23 was demolished in 2003. The site is under construction and two blocks will be built in 2011 and 2012. Now only Block 22 is retained, but it is scheduled to be demolished in 2012.
