's largest recreational cycling organization. It was formed in 1983 by cycling enthusiasts Richard Aaron and Norm Myshok. By 2008, the TBN had grown to over 900 members.

TBN also supports the project, biketoronto.ca, which is a website dedicated to following the various decisions made by Toronto's City Council on cycling infrastructure. As of January 2009, it is being operated by Martin Koob.
