Tool Academy is a competitive British reality television

 show featuring twelve "unsuspecting bad boys" who have been sent to "relationship boot camp". The twelve men, all of whom have been nominated by their respective girlfriends, fiancées or wives, initially think they are taking part in a competition for the title of "Britain's Ultimate Lad" or in the latest series "King of Men". However, shortly after arriving they find out the truth: they are actually being entered into a "charm school" which focuses on teaching them how to behave as boyfriends. Each week, one contestant is eliminated and his girlfriend must choose whether or not to stay with him. The last contestant remaining will win a £25,000 prize and graduate Tool Academy.   • Challenge : "Carry On Camping" The Tools and their girlfriends must put up a tent, open a safe and use the contents to light a fire
  • Challenge Reward : A romantic night in a luxury tent
  • Challenge Winner: Lee and Jade
  • Challenge Loser: Everyone else, who were given basic rations and a night in their constructed tents
  • Bottom Three: In another cruel nomination twist the Tools had to work together and figure out who was chosen by Rick and Dr.Scott. If they worked out who was chosen that tool is saved. If they didn't that Tool is eliminated, as well as the runner up tool (even Rick said it was confusing). They guessed Pete. Lee, Danny and Pete were in the bottom three.
  • Eliminated: Lee was the chosen Tool for elimination however as they guessed Pete they were both eliminated (Both girlfriends stayed with them. Pete and Becky have since gone on to have a healthy baby boy called Kayden after losing twins Angel and Crystal in April 2010)

  • Jury: Seven former tools return to the academy to help Rick and Dr Scott choose which three should go on to the final and who should be expelled. The Jury is made up of Chris, Hus, Joe, Lee, Liam, Max & Pete. Jake showed up late and was escorted out by a baliff for 'contempt of court' almost immediately.

  • Challenge: The girls were required to build a kennel whilst the tools were dressed as dogs and tethered to a post. Once the kennel was built and painted, the tool was required to enter the kennel to finish the task.
  • Challenge Reward: A dinner date in a luxury dog kennel.

  • Challenge Loser: Chris and Kelly. Chris was forced to stay in the kennel that his girlfriend built in solitary confinement.

  • Lesson of the Week: Perception
  • Challenge: The tools' girlfriends were required to sit in gunge tanks. The tools were then asked questions about their girlfriends. For every question incorrectly answered, a bucket of fish slime was put into the tank above their girlfriends' heads. The tools were required to hold onto a rope keeping the trapdoors open, and their girlfriends dry.
  • Challenge Twist: For refusing to take part in week 3's task, Ritchie was required to sit in the tank, and Jenna holding onto the rope keeping him dry.
  • Challenge Reward: A naked sushi meal
  • Challenge Winner: Yohan and Mel
  • Challenge Loser: Mo and Kelsey. They were required to clean up the fish guts with toothbrushes.
  • Quit: James and Kim mutually decided to quit the competition.
  • Bottom Three: Daniel, Ritchie and Yohan

  • Challenge: The tools and their girlfriends were required to take part in an all-weather kissathon. If they failed to adhere to the rules or stopped kissing, they were out.

  • Bottom Three: The tools each voted for who they thought should go home - the top three were the ones at risk, and they were Chris, Daniel and Ritchie.
