. Though, these plans fell through ever since, but the band plans to regroup to make the album sometime in summer 2011, after Sly is finished recording his second solo album.

On December 22, 2010, Sly has announced that the is the studio recording songs for a Japanese split EP. On December 29, 2010, he has commented that the Japanese split EP songs came out well, and that he is currently getting together material for a new full-length solo album.

On February 4, 2011, Sly has announced that he recorded 17 songs for his album and that he will be taking a break from the studio to play some solo acoustic shows and road test some new songs from the upcoming album.

On March 29, 2011, Sly has announced he is going back to the studio. Between April 7–18, 2011, Tony Sly has played a Canadian tour in support of his second solo record. Beteween May 31–June 6, 2011, Sly has played another short Canadian tour.
