He started his career at Logaritmo Rugby Club in Rosario, the club which saw him growing. Vallejos Cinalli signed for English side Harlequin F.C.  in the 2009/10 season to fill the gap left by the injured Jim Evans.

Vallejos Cinalli has represented Argentina in the U17, U18, U20 and U23 age groups. He has also played in the European Challenge cup in the 2007/2008 and 2008/2009 season. He participated as replacement in the 2011 Rugby World Cup
