in Vienna, finally as Head Curator. He was permanent Guest Curator at the then newly-founded Jewish Museum Vienna
and planned important art historical exhibitions. From 2001 to 2002 he worked at the Neue Galerie New York, where he was responsible for the first guest exhibition. Since 2006 Natter has been Director of the Vorarlberg Landesmuseum in Bregenz, and is responsible for the reconstruction and redesign of that museum. Natter was and remains a member of various art commissions (Ministry of Education, City of Vienna
