Timothy J. "Tim" Kelly is a Minnesota
politician and a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives
representing District 28A, which includes all or portions of Goodhue
and Wabasha
counties in the southeastern part of the state. A Republican
, he is also a financial advisor.
Kelly was first elected in 2008, unseating first-term Rep. Sandy Wollschlager, and was re-elected in 2010. He is currently a member of the House's Civil Justice Committee, the Health Care and Human Services Policy and Oversight Committee, and the Public Safety Policy and Oversight Committee. He also serves on the Finance Subcommittee for the Public Safety Finance Division.
