's second release, it was released in early 2006. It also marked the last album ex-keyboard and percussionist Shelly Barnes and drummer Nole Kennedy perform on. Drums on track 1, 2, and 4 were performed by Nole Kennedy, but not track 3 due to Nole's departure during recording.

  • "This is my Boomstick" showcases Jimi Lamp's first venture into guitar theory, whereas all of "The Stiletto Formal's" prior releases were written by ear.
