This album was considered to be Zao's last "hardcore" album, after it the band moved towards a more metalcore sound. Many of the tracks (such as "Exchange", "Endure", and "In Loving Kindness") are re-arranged and re-recorded versions of songs from the band's previous album All Else Failed
