Most of the topics covered involve music, movies and television. Other segments included, "Comic Book Club", "Reel Numbers", "Show Us Your Hits", "Weathering The Tour", and "New Releases" in DVD, video games and music. Guests featured on the show include, but not limited too; Hilary Swank

At the official website, people could vote in polls during commercial breaks. They could chat online with the guests and hosts, as well as choose videos, artists, etc. The live audiences were chosen from those who e-mailed the website.
The show would end with the next day's upcoming topics, and then a music video.
On May 22, 2008, the hosts announced that the show was at its end. It included a special edition of "Things You Missed" called "Things We'll Miss". Smith and Cotter would not be leaving the network, they assured. In a tribute to his hometown Pittsburgh head writer Joel Solomon waved a terrible towel as they went off the air.
