Plot

The film starts off with two girls talking to each other in a movie theater. Suddenly, an old man sits next to them and tells them a scary story that he says is true.

The story is about a guy named Alex, who just moved into an old house, 3 Blood Street. He is excited about moving in, until he finds out the house is dripping blood on him. He doesn't know it until his friend Thomas points it out. Alex is nonchalant about this, saying that it's just the house's paint job. Thomas says he didn't see anything painted the same bloody color. They ignore this, but more blood drips on Alex later. They decide to go to the landlord's office to report the "leak".

The next day, they discover that the landlord's office is vacant, and it looks like it has not been used in years. Alex says it's weird because the office was open yesterday. Alex hopes the landlord will call him and explain the dripping blood. Alex starts to worry as the problem continues.

Thomas explains the whole story to his friend Bobby the next day. When Alex meets up with them, Thomas offers Alex to stay with him until the problem stops. Alex says he's fine, and that he's not going to let some leak make him move. Later, they investigate the leak. Alex goes up to the attic to find the source of the blood. He discovers his own dead body on the attic floor, causing him to panic.

The film cuts to the present day, where the old man finishes his story. The previews start, and the first preview is for a horror film that is the same plot that the old man just told. The movie is even titled, "3 Blood Street". When both girls look at the old man, he has become a skeleton, causing the girls to scream.
