and form the new UCI Pro Tour team RadioShack-Nissan-Trek. While some circles have described this as a merge, Flavio Becca, owner of Leopard Trek stated that his team was continuing, while the Radioshack team owners would no longer hold a licence and effectively that team was ceasing.
