. It first premiered on May 15, 1999 as TV Patrol Western Visayas (aired in tandem with TV Patrol Bacolod) and was anchored by Stanley Palisada. TV Patrol Iloilo was launched in 2001 with Atty. Jobert Peñaflorida as solo anchor. Jennifer Garcia joined TV Patrol Iloilo in 2004 as a co-anchor. Peñaflorida left the newscast in 2010 and was replaced by Nony Basco.

On August 22, 2011, TV Patrol Iloilo was reformatted to "TV Patrol Panay" with the return of Atty. Jobert Peñaflorida.
