city. SEC has three large academic buildings, library and computer center building , admin building, the principal's quarter, teachers and stuff quarters. There are two male students' hostel and a female students' hostel.

Sylhet Engineering College is equipped with state-of-the-art lab facilities. There is a central Computer Centre from where the whole computer and network system of SEC is managed and controlled. All the Computers in the campus are connected through 1 Gbit/s LAN connection with each other. There are more than 300 HP brand High Performance workstation computers equipped with most modern Intel Core 2 Duo processors and 8 powerful HP servers equipped with latest dual core Intel Xeon server processors. All the departments are also built with necessary and latest laboratory and library facilities. Fast internet facility is available across the whole campus.
