The video of Surreal features Ayumi dreaming that she is waking up and looking around to see that she's on a beach. She hikes up a mountain and ultimately to a gazebo inside a brightly-colored jungle area, where she sees herself as a wildcat (like from the single cover of Surreal and the album DUTY). The dream environment eventually crumbles, Hamasaki then wakes up and finods herself on her bed but then turns around she is back on the beach.
