It is expected to draw the same amount of visitors as the present Suan Lum Night Bazaar around 15,000–18,000 visitors a day of which 4,000 are foreigners. Total investment in this project is 2.4 billion baht.

Due to the expired lease PCon Development (the owner of Suan Lum) is building this large scale mall and open air market. Most of the vendors of Suan Lum Night Bazaar will move to this new location. The landlord of the former location is the Crown Property Bureau which leased the land to Central Group

Ratchada Night Market

Already present at the new location was the Ratchada Night Market. In July 2010, most vendors are closing to make way for the new construction of the mall and open air market.

Commercial buildings

Commercial buildings a 18 storey 4-star hotel with 300 rooms and residential buildings with a more than 700 room serviced apartments are also planned in the project.

Parking

Parking space will be created in a 8 storey building that can house 3,500 vehicles to support people to use the new Night Bazaar. Also 80 parking lanes for tour buses will be made for visiting tourists.
