. He was called into their first team in 2007 and played his debut on 22 September in the home game against FC Luzern.
On 30 August 2011 it was announced that Andrist transferred to FC Basel
with a contract until the end of June 2014. He played his debut for FC Basel on 20 September 2011, as substitute, in the 4:0 away win against Servette FC
. He scored his first two goals for the club in the Swiss Cup 2011/12 second round 5:1 away win against FC Schötz
on 15 October 2011. He scored his first Super League goal in the 4:1 home win against Grasshopper Club Zürich on 29 October 2011.
