Founded in 1978 in the UK, the company has grown into an international business employing around 350 staff in 15 offices (London, Leeds, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Boston, Mexico City, Rome, Bologna, Madrid, San Juan, Bogota, Abu Dhabi, Sao Paulo, Santiago and Vancouver). Clients including government, operators, financiers, regulators, developers, international agencies and other interest groups in over 50 countries.

Steer Davies Gleave is an employee-owned company and has been rated The Sunday Times ‘18th Best Companies to work for in the UK’ for two years in a row , and has also been listed in the Sunday Times Profit Track 100 as ‘One to Watch’.
