Historical buildings

The town has three historic buildings:
  • The Town Office Building was constructed between 1919 - 1920 for the Bank of Commerce

  • The Brigham Block named after Dr. Brigham, a local physician during the pre-depression era. Through the years it has been home to many businesses such as Haggstroms Grocery, Five Star, (a convenience/ grocery store) auction mart, and pool hall. Best remembered for its peculiar finish, consisting of concrete mixed with colorful shattered glass.

  • The Star City Echo once a newspaper headquarters, now transformed into a residence.
