. Stand to Reason was founded in 1993 "to equip Christians to 'think more clearly' about their faith" and defend their faith with knowledge, wisdom, and character. STR seeks to carry out its mission through five strategies: radio program/podcast, lectures/seminars by speakers, monthly letters, the web, and audio/written resources. STR has two other speakers in addition to Greg Koukl who conduct training: Brett Kunkle and Alan Shelmon.

Stand to Reason's radio program is a call-in program live on Sunday afternoons from 2-5 p.m. PST. It features Greg's commentary and discussions with callers, and the occasional interview with a guest author. The program is carried live on over 100 stations. The podcast is available on STR's website or iTunes, and archives of past years of the program are available on STR's site, as well.

STR has an app for iPhone and iPod Touch, which delivers the weekly audio and video podcast, the blog feed, past and current issues of the monthly letters, a selection of articles, and a link to stream the weekly radio program live.

Stand to Reason has a website for students called STRPlace - Just Think. It includes articles, video, a blog, and YouTube channel and information about mission trips.
