Service

The station is a request stop. Currently, an improved service is offered on the line. Trains start earlier in the morning and finish later in the evening, with three trains in every 2-hour cycle during the daytime.

This has had the unfortunate side-effect of services from St Andrews Road being reduced overall, with only one train each way every two hours Mondays to Fridays, as opposed to the bus service which ran every hour connecting with every train. The bus continues to run on Saturdays and alternates with the train to provide an hourly service overall. There will be an hourly Sunday service from St. Andrews Road station on Sundays, from May - September 2010, with two services retained through the Winter.
