. The parish closed in 2000 upon the retirement of its longtime pastor, Father Henry Kropiwnicki. After remaining vacant for several years, in 2008 the former church building was purchased by the Irmandade do Divino Espirito Santo do Pico, a Portuguese-American religious and cultural organization, for use as a social club.
