All the major sports games are discussed at least twice during the show in a score fashion outside of the SportsCenter breaks, and exciting matches are usually mentioned at least three times.

The show lasts one hour from 4:00 am to 5:00 am ET, re-airing at 5:00 am ET. It runs much like the SportsCenter
