The series sees Richard starting a new job as a 'Mr Fix-It' at Slater's family holiday park in a British coastal resort, with Sooty, Sweep and Soo always ready and willing to help him.

The first episode aired on 5 September 2011, and the series is currently airing weekdays at 10:10am and 1:25pm on the CITV Channel. The series also airs every Sunday at 7:00am on ITV1.

  • Scampi, Butch, Ramsbottom and Sweep's mum and dad made cameos in the "The Wedding".
  • Several of the routines in the show are taken from the original Harry Corbett scripts.
  • Each episode was originally planned to be 18 minutes long, but due to the time slot allocated by CITV, elements that did not move the story forward were cut from the script.
