History

Skyriver was founded in September 2000.
One of its co-founders was Lee M. Gopadze, who had left wireless pioneer company Metricom.
In March 2003 Skyriver formed the SkyWeb Alliance with two other regional providers in California.
Skyriver acquired California based Internet Service Provider

In 2008 a California state appeals court ruled that former director of network operations Mark R. Combs was not eligible for overtime pay.
