In 2009 The Sin City Sinners decided to finally put some of their Self Penned originals and favorite into their debut CD. The CD "Exile on Fremont Street" was produced by frontman Todd Kerns and released in early 2010. The album was met with rave reviews. The hard work of the Sin City Sinners also garnished them the title of "Best In Vegas - Editor's Pick" by the Las Vegas Review Journal.

In mid 2010, frontman Todd Kerns was offered the "opportunity of a lifetime" for any guitar player; to go on tour with the Legendary SLASH. Todd took on the amazing opportunity of touring with Slash on his solo album promotion tours and continues to front the Sin City Sinners when back in Las Vegas. This gave The Sin City Sinners world wide attention as Todd performed with Slash. The Sin City Sinners conitnued to do what they do best, ROCK! While Todd was on tour, the Sinners would bring in guest singers to perform in his place.

With the success of Exile on Fremont Street, the Sin City Sinners decided to release a second acoustic album titled "Broken Record." It was released December 17, 2010. This was followed up in 2011 by a Christmas CD, aptly titled A Sinners Christmas.
