in July. He was offered a free transfer by West Brom in December, before having his contract cancelled by mutual consent in February 2005. He joined Ølstykke FC
in July, leaving the club in June 2006. He moved to Akademisk Boldklub
in July, leaving in June 2008 and signing for Køge BK
in July. He left Køge in September and signed for Herfølge Boldklub
in January 2009, before departing in June.

on 12 February 2010 as goalkeeper coach
, while also registering as a player on 19 February to provide cover for Michael Ingham
and Josh Mimms. After the end of the 2009–10
season, he entered negotiations with York over a new contract and he left on 2 July after the club were unable to offer him the goalkeeping coach position full-time.
Miotto was appointed goalkeeper coach at League One
team Tranmere Rovers
on 6 August, while also being registered as a player to provide cover for Gunnar Nielsen and Joe Collister. He was an unused substitute eight times in the first half of the season. Miotto left Tranmere on 2 March 2011 to pursue other business interests. Dave Timmins was reappointed as Tranmere's new goalkeeping coach.
