Shiv Kumar Patel also known as The Brown One, was a notorious Cavalier at The Calvary Day School who organized an uprising against the student government in 2009. He was placed in front of the firing squad on April 22, 2010, in the sanctuary to serve as an example to the rest of the students. While his coup was ultimately unsuccessful, it set the precedent for future students who created a new reputation for The Day School.
