Shannon Regina ("Pee Wee") Johnson (born August 18, 1974 in Hartsville, South Carolina) is an American basketball player who last played for the Houston Comets in the WNBA.
r her collegiate playing days, Johnson played for the Columbus Quest with whom she won the 1997 and 1998 American Basketball League championships.
Starting in 1999, Johnson played for the Orlando Miracle of the WNBA. The team moved to Connecticut in 2003 and is now known as the Connecticut Sun.

Career
After her collegiate playing days, Johnson played for the Columbus Quest with whom she won the 1997 and 1998 American Basketball League championships.
Starting in 1999, Johnson played for the Orlando Miracle of the WNBA. The team moved to Connecticut in 2003 and is now known as the Connecticut Sun. Prior to the 2004 season, Johnson was traded to the San Antonio Silver Stars.
In March 2007, Johnson signed with the Detroit Shock.
Names Pat Hewitt, her high school basketball coach, her biggest influence. Names Tommy Sellers, a high school friend, a person who inspires her.
On March 7, 2008 Johnson signed with the Houston Comets. When the Comets folded, she was not picked in the dispersal draft, therefore becoming a free agent.
Johnson was a WNBA All-Star in 1999, 2000, 2002 and 2003.
She played for Venezia in Italy during the during the 2007-08 WNBA off-season. She is currently playing for Ibiza in Spain during the 2008-09 WNBA off-season.
International career
She was also a member of the USA Basketball team winning the gold medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics.
