The school is operated under the model of segregation of administration and leadership. Under this unique and highly independent structure, the Center is efficiently managed by a Managing Director and a high quality of executive team, who all have corporate and international education management experience. They ultimately report to the school board. The board is mainly formed by the leaders of the Shanghai University, including Shanghai University's Vice-President as the Board's Chairman.
