Life and career

Born in Newton, New Jersey in the winter of 1979, Scott spent most of his years living on the East coast of the US. Starting at age 15 he began with photography and started shooting 35mm film concentrating mostly on skating and nature photography, his first published photo came within a year and was a full page photo in "In-line Skater" magazine. Also at age 15 he began working in the IT field for a Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania company known as CorNet International, Ltd. at the time. At age 19 he entered the United States Air Force for a brief stint. After leaving the USAF he began building his career in photography and IT.

In 2001 Scott helped start the non-profit organization Global Reach International with Bill Sansone. The focus of the organization was to help poor children in Nepal.

In 2006 he started a small video production company that has one official release currently. A second release is due out in late 2010, that release is a live performance by the Bay Area band Sleepytime Gorilla Museum, it shows the band at many locations throughout the world, but the centerpiece of the DVD release is the band's 2009 performance at the Great American Music Hall
