Her music has been featured on MTV's The Real World and Road Rules, Mark Hamill’s Comic Book: The Movie, D.E.B.S. (Soundtrack from the Motion Picture), and the Lifetime channel, among others. Sarah Fimm’s voice can also be heard on Iggy Pop’s versions of Serge Gainsbourg’s ‘La Javanaise’ and ‘Et Si Tu N`Existais Pas’ (yet to be released).

In October 2010, Sarah launched the Karma Phala Music Project.
