San Diego Sol

San Diego Sol is an all-encompassing basketball club serving the greater San Diego area.
The club is Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) registered and participates in local, regional and national tournaments held by Youth Basketball of America (YBOA), AAU and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).
San Diego Sol provides basketball opportunities for athletes of all abilities and skill levels by way of three different programs: a youth league, a women’s semi-professional team and a men’s professional team.

The formation of the team was announced in 2011 by founding owners Tony Allen-Cooksey and Amy Cleveland.
Head Coach and General Manager Zack Jones leads the team with the help of Assistant Coaches Yohannis Johnson and Robert Taylor .

San Diego Sol Youth League
San Diego Sol Youth League is a youth basketball league based in San Diego, California and founded in 2001. The league provides training opportunities for youth athletes to improve their basketball skills and learn the principles of discipline, perseverance, teamwork and the pursuit of excellence.
